As a courtesy to our patients we bill health plans directly for services provided. Please note that any co-payment requirements by your health plan is due at the time of service.

It is your responsibility to verify insurance coverage and benefits prior to obtaining services. In some cases, your insurance plan may require pre certification for testing. If this is the case, your doctor's office needs to contact your insurance plan to obtain the pre certification.

If you have any questions regarding billing or insurance questions, please contact your insurance company first. Their number is usually found on the back of your insurance card.
